Signal Generation and Analysis Modules
Overview
A selection of modules covering signal generation and analysis are available for CalBench fitting. Standard modules include frequency counters, function generators and counters, and RF test equipment.
For customer specific applications addional modules can be fitted according to requirements. Also available are high accuracy oscilloscope modules.
